24appropriation account under par. (kx) during the subsequent fiscal year. Each
25county and the department shall receive a proportionate share of the remittance and

1transfer depending on the total number of days of placement at juvenile correctional
2institutions including the Mendota Juvenile Treatment Center. Counties shall use
3the funds for purposes specified in s. 301.26. The department shall deposit in the
4general fund the amounts transferred under this paragraph to the appropriation

25amount of and for the purposes specified in s. 46.485. Notwithstanding ss. 20.001

1(3) (b) and 20.002 (1), the department may credit or deposit into this appropriation
2account and may transfer between fiscal years funds that it transfers from the
3appropriation account under sub. (7) (kb) for the purposes specified in s. 46.485 (3r).
4Notwithstanding s. 20.002 (1), the department may transfer from this appropriation
5account to the appropriation account under sub. (7) (bd) funds in the amount and for
6the purposes specified in s. 49.45 (6v).
